California Latino Water Coalition News

The California Latino Water Coalition in association with the California Latino Capitol Association, Association of California Water Agencies, and the Department of Water Resources hosted the second part of a series of California Water 101 Briefings for legislative staffers, which included a Delta Tour. The tour helped formulate an understanding of the history of Sacramento – San Joaquin Delta and its issues today. The tour included a site visit to both the State and Federal Pumping Stations, Delta Cross Channel Headgate, Twitchell Island, and Clifton Court Forebay and Fish Facility.
